Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of idea4you ("Service"), a project idea community platform, and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its users.

2. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

• Browsing curated development project ideas
• Submitting and viewing showcases (completed projects)
• Community features including comments, likes, and bookmarks

3. Registration & Account

• Users must complete email verification to access member features.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Registering with another person's information is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Post content that defames or insults others
• Post illegal material including obscene or violent content
• Post repetitive commercial spam or advertisements
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Collect or misuse other users' personal information
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• Copyright in idea content provided directly by the Service belongs to the Service.
• Copyright in showcases and comments posted by users belongs to the respective users.
• By posting content, users grant the Service a non-exclusive license to use that content for Service operation purposes.

6. Service Changes & Suspension

The Service may modify or suspend features as needed. Users will be notified in advance where possible, or after the fact in unavoidable circumstances.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.
• The Service does not intervene in disputes between users and is not liable for related damages.
• The Service is not liable for outages caused by force majeure or server failures.

8. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time by emailing admin@idea4you.net. Personal data will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal.

9. Changes to Terms

The Service may revise these Terms as needed. Changes take effect after notice is posted within the Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts as determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
